Where do I find my tracking number? It is in the dispatch email and SMS we send once your parcel leaves us — a long number, usually 12–14 digits.
My tracking has not updated. Scans can pause for a day in transit, especially over weekends and holidays. If there is no movement for three days, message us and we will chase the courier.
